Requirements for Receiving Your Original Certificate:
- Produce the receipt of the return of convocation materials, i.e., gown, cap, and hood. (Please collect the receipt from your respective department.)
- Return the provisional certificate if issued earlier.
- Graduates with outstanding dues (accounts or library) must fill out the application form available at the respective department or download the form from the following link: https://www.uap-bd.edu/services/f5.pdf
- Graduates who have applied for provisional certificates and transcripts but did not receive them must return their student ID cards.
This is for the information for all the UAP graduates attending the 10 th Convocation to collect a souvenir ‘Mug’ from the respective departments, at the time of returning the convocation costumes, by 9 th of May, 2024.
For any further queries in this regard, they are advised to contact the concerned Departmental Administrative Officer (DAOs).
The graduates are instructed not to bring with them any bag at the convocation venue, on 4 th of May, 2024.
This is for your information that, on the day of convocation, a limited transportation service will be provided (first-come, first-served). A total of 16 double-decker buses (seat capacity around 100 per bus) will be available from 7.00 AM to 8.00 AM from the Kuril bus stand to the convocation venue and 2.30 PM to 3.30 PM from the convocation venue to the Kuril bus stand.
All students attending the 10th UAP Convocation as graduates are advised to collect the Costumes and the Souvenir from the respective departments from May 01, 2024 (Wednesday) to May 03, 2024 (Friday), by 9AM to 6PM.
The students are instructed to deposit/return the convocation costumes (gowns, hoods, and caps) accordingly to the respective departments within office-hours by May 09, 2024 (Thursday), without fail.
Those who want to retain the convocation costumes (gowns, hoods, and caps) and fail to deposit/return the convocation costumes to the respective departments within the above-mentioned timeframe, will be charged with BDT 2,000/- (Two Thousand Taka Only).
